hard plastic (PVC,PET,BOPP,ABS,PP...)etc

Stamping Conditions:

Vertical, platen and clam-shell machines, cylinder machines: 90°

C-130°C for 0.3 sec-1.0sec.

Stamping Hits:

Find the best combination by adjusting temperature, dwell time and

pressure to achieve the best stamping effects.

Ensure that the surface of the die is clean.

Use make-ready material to provide an even stamping pressure.

Ensure that ink on the substrate (if any) is dry before stamping.

Standard roll format:

12mic*640mm*120m.
