Suitable for use on all machine types in the graphics industry.

Wide application range on printed, unprinted and coated surfaces.

Recommended Applications:

Works on the materials need print or glaze after hot stamping,

example: coated paper, bopp film, uv inked paper, pvc abs…

Stamping Conditions:

Vertical, platen and clam-shell machines, cylinder machines: 100°

C-130°C for 0.3 sec-1.0sec.

Stamping Hits:

Find the best combination by adjusting temperature, dwell time and

pressure to achieve the best stamping effects.

Ensure that the surface of the die is clean.

Use make-ready material to provide an even stamping pressure.

Ensure that ink on the substrate (if any) is dry before stamping.

Standard roll format:

12mic*640mm*120m.
